Our Philosophy

I was born in the Jura Mountains of France and I am one of the few Europeans to hold full university degrees in both Osteopathy and Chinese Medicine. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I specialise in the treatment of physical trauma—such as concussions, traffic accidents, and post-surgical pain—as well as emotional suffering, including grief, burnout, and bereavement.
My specialisation in both physical and emotional trauma developed naturally over time. In working with physical injuries, I realised that the body’s recovery was never purely mechanical—it was always intertwined with the state of the nervous system and the emotions held within it. Later, after many years of practice in large, high-pressure cities, I met countless people whose physical pain was inseparable from emotional stress. This experience gradually shifted my work toward a deeper understanding of the emotional and nervous system aspects of trauma.
Over time, I learned to read how the body stores emotions—how repressed or unresolved experiences manifest as muscular tension or nervous system irritability. This gradually led me to refine my approach to the nervous system itself, integrating both a mechanistic understanding and a psychosomatic one.
My work now weaves together osteopathy, acupuncture, and an understanding of the nervous system that draws from East Asian psychosomatic models and modern psychotherapeutic frameworks such as Polyvagal Theory. The aim is always the same: to help the body and mind reorganise themselves toward safety, balance, and resilience.
"When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything."
